Finding the right belt size is easy. Place a measuring tape through the belt loops of your trousers and measure the circumference where you want the belt to sit. For leather belts, add 15 cm to your waist measurement – ​​this will give you the correct belt length. For example: waist circumference 95 cm + 15 cm = belt size 110. The belt size corresponds to the length from the buckle to the middle hole. For braided belts, your waist measurement alone is sufficient – ​​simply refer to the size chart. If you are between two sizes, always choose the larger one – this gives you more flexibility.

The classic style rule is: belts and shoes in the same color family. Black shoes – black belt. Brown shoes – brown or cognac-colored belt. This rule is still important in business settings, but you can be more relaxed with your combinations in everyday life. A dark blue or green belt with brown shoes?
